Joe is a passionately creative father of three who thrives on the development and execution of ideas.

Joe is well trusted and approachable in all age categories with expertise in a number of traditional and new media marketing areas. He is perhaps best known as the game night host for the Red Deer Rebels of the WHL since 2000.

Joe loves sharing his creative energy with kids and adults alike and is also a professional public speaker, voiceover artist, emcee and public address announcer. 

He is also an accomplished painter and artist.

Eager to positively influence any audience, Joe loves offering a message of confidence, mobilizing a very loud youth voice in a seemingly adult only world.

No group is impacted more by the growth of social media and the immediacy of communication, or is capable of generating more impact using these new mediums than our kids. 

With a BA in Psychology focused on Motivation and Personality, and a Minor in Sociology, Jo Phillips is passionate about working with kids to see their personal value past "likes" and "faves", and boosting confidence in who they are and what they can accomplish in a very social world. 

A mom of three, motivational speaker and partner in Jo(e) Ideas For Business,  Jo works as a marketing and social media consultant in Red Deer. What matters most to Jo is that at the end of the day, we've done some good in the world.
